The Mahin Massacre is the killing of at least seven civilians on November 28, 2013 in Mahin, a town of the Qalamoun area, on the Homs side of the province border. Six men, aged up to 95, and a boy of 10, just returned to supposed calm after fighting there, were allegedly massacred by pro-government forces. There's no mention of any female returnees with them. At least four more adult male victims turned up in a well two months later. The true scale remains unknown.
