Summary

  • Azov's Wolfsangel near the top of the arch
  • Right sector banner, fresco's left-upper
  • Kalashnikov gun, fresco's right-lower
  • Fresco's upper right shows fire consuming soldiers + apparently a depiction of Donetsk airport +airport tower. This part is sign-posted 'Ukraine is behind us' on top.
  • Stricken double-headed eagle-the symbol of Byzantine Empire, widely used by different Christian orthodox churches, as well as on Russia's coat of arms.
  • It is stricken by St. George (Ю́рій Переможець), same St. George whose ribbons are the symbol of the pro-Russian side.

Also...

Headscarfed woman in the crowd, right side of the fresco, looks a lot like late Amina Akueva, (photos), converted (or adopted) to Islam pseudo-'Chechen' extremist whose last husband Adam Osmaev was accused of plotting to kill Putin. To the left from there, an overweight man resembling Poroshenko?

Location?

Conflicting claims: a church of the “Kiev Patriarchate” in Kremenets (Ternopol Oblast) (02varvara.wordpress.com); 150-year old Holy Transfiguration Cathedral in Kiev (George Eliason).
